Ray joined Softworld in March 2002. He is responsible for leading and directing all of Softworld’s sales operations, national expansion, compensation planning, personnel development, as well as focusing on key clients across the country. He has held multiple positions at Softworld including director of recruiting, vice president of operations, and vice president of sales. During his career Ray has held almost every sales or recruiting position within technology services and staffing.
Ray has 20 years of experience in technology services from startups to some of the top firms in the nation. His combined understanding of business development and recruiting produces a complete view of the business allowing him to foster a culture where each team is equally valued and driven to help the other. Ray has achieved this unique synergy by implementing systems and best practices that promote communication and collaboration benefiting every delivery manager, business development executive and manager.
Ray received a bachelor of science from Bryant University where he majored in finance and communications.
