Danielle Paprocki is Softworld’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Attracting and hiring additional talent to Softworld is a key piece of our growth strategy as we look to add to an already successful recruiting, sales, and corporate services team. Our internal Talent Acquisition team has now grown to five members this year, and Danielle will be leading the effort to drive greater results and apply industry best practices to the way Softworld identifies, recruits, and onboards employees.
Danielle comes to us with over 10 years of corporate recruiting experience. In addition to her staffing experience, she has a long track record of building college recruitment programs with great success. She has a passion for building teams the right way and is very experienced with the methods and tools we use to evaluate talent.
